On June 8, 2011, The Inland Empire Renewable Energy Regional Center (IERE) was officially designated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), to offer investment opportunities to foreign investors who desire to fast track their permanent residency applications through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The headquarters of the IERE are conveniently located in the city of Diamond Bar, with easy access to many of the freeways through southern California, include freeway 10, 15, 60, 57, 91, 210 and 215.
